In the online environment, it is difficult to read body language because we only see faces and a small part of the body.
How can we, with this limitation in visibility and boxed individuals looking at a screen, get the most out of the interactions with other people?
In this session, we will explore how you can do that by reading body language, recognizing non-verbal hints and facial expressions and we will practice with this information so you can use it with your Agile teams in different events where you interact with each other.
After this session you are able to:
- Differentiate different elements of non-verbal interaction
- Map non-verbal signs to a personal sentiment
- Test non-verbal signs in your own environment
