Are you up for a bit of a Mindful Meditation to start the day? … don’t worry.. it’s not going to involve you being sat at your desk.. in fact… quite the opposite!
Did you know originally the most common form of Meditation was walking meditation..?
So… given that, you are welcome to join me on a 30 minute mindful meditation walk. Get yourself out the house… and just walk with me while I guide you through.
(And no.. you don’t need to close your eyes!)
Just put some headphones on… and listen.. you’ll might just be surprised what might happen!
