Strategy is absolutely essential to success, and yet it is considered by many to be outside of Agile’s scope. How do we fix this? We look at “cleanish”, outside-in strategy – an approach to strategy that is strong on engagement and participation, gets to the issues, and produces outcomes-based outputs that are coherent by construction.
