We at Robert Bosch Power Tools GmbH started our agile transformation in 2014 with one of our 6 Business Units. Meanwhile all 6 Business Units and our Central Functions implemented the agile mindset and agile working methods. We strive for continuous improvement and for that reason we started 2 years ago with the implementation of the OKR method (Objectives and Key Results). We will present our experiences as well as our challenges within one of the Business Unit, but also on the Organizational Level
