Regular retrospective meetings are a standard in most Agile teams as a valuable way to investigate and improve working practices. However, retrospectives often fail to dive deeper into how humans interact, collaborate, and appreciate each other. They also rarely seize the opportunity to explore and mediate interpersonal conflict.

In this session, I will share experiences from my work at Deutsche Bahn Digital Rail, where we have introduced dedicated formats for giving feedback and solving conflicts in addition to regular team retrospectives.
