The shapes of our teams have shifted dramatically since early 2020. Once we worked in clusters, in the same physical space. Now, many of us work from home, some from the office, others in cafes and co-working spaces.
As you’ve noticed, that has changed how we work together – not always for the better.
Research has shown that one of the most effective ways to understand the way people think and interact with each other (and to shift it when necessary) is through metaphor. In this session you’ll use a precision inquiry tool optimised for the task, Clean Language, to uncover some shapes that may be shaping your thinking, and explore the shape of teams may change in the future.
